I have not been advised when trades are expected on site. Fortunately I am only a few minutes away so I am able to drive past most days.... Am I expecting too much ? Should they provide me with a schedule ? Or an estimated completion date ?

I normally quiz him if I've got any questions but he generally tells me what's going on without me asking. We had a 'vip login' to their website, which took us to our own page - photo updates nearly every week (unless changes weren't visible or there had been bad whether), shown in stage categories and also what would happen within the next week, before the next update. It was fantastic. Estimated completion dates are hard.
