I feel for you when you are feeling so much sadness, it shouldn't be the case at all. Like you said if you are prepared to not accept house before Xmas make sure you let them know, they are obviously trying to get you off there books so they can get your last payment of the house prior to Xmas shut down. Basically, it's all about the $$$$. Btw, how many times has the cleaner come to clean your house? Our builder allows the cleaner to come 3 times, prior to handover, house wasn't perfect but was acceptable for us, as we preferred to give a more thorough clean once our post handover trades had finished prior to us moving in. Re: H3nl3y KDR Monterey belle q2 week 17 340Dec 06, 2015 9:56 am I have sent an email and we are Getting a final inspection. The cleaner has been twice now and the funny thing is we don't even have the bath and sinks installed yet, so are the trades supposed to work and install things like that with their work boots off - I'm pretty sure that won't meet occ health and safety rules. I don't care if it takes another 2 months, they have to fix this I think We were lucky in that our old house was so small (86 square metres) compared to the new house, they were able to take enough readings around the old backyard house before… 8 37085 The biggest challenge will be if you take out a loan and then run out of money - you'll have an incomplete security and lenders do not like this so you can get stuck.… 2 19068 Hi, I am looking into doing a KDR in Melbourne and am contemplating using Kialla Homes. I am looking for feedback on them from others who have built with them. 0 13437 |
