Hi Tribe,
Yeah difficult is a understatement. They have set grades the use to check crossovers.
If we made our crossover as low as he wants it, the top of the cement where the footpath would go (if they ever put one in), would be BELOW the actual ground height.
Then the transition into the property becomes so drastic that i would never be able to get my cars into the garage. Bunch of bloody idiots they are.

Well....
We have finally got approval for our driveway after Clarendon took it back to the drawing board and got relaxation approval to adjust the grades on the crossover.
Now... how much should Clarendon pay in compensation? haha
(only just got my PC set up so will update with plenty of pics soon)
