The Bordeaux is nice and popular I can see why though it is a very versatile plan. Re: Kelly & Troy's build in Millbridge - Home Group WA 4Jan 22, 2014 11:34 pm me too!! because I am so excited about my new house I cant get of this site!! and when I do I am read through all my paperwork on the house my husband thinks it funny that I like to walk around with an tape measure measuring rooms and doors. I go to families houses and get my tape measure out and measure their bathrooms because I am excited and the fact that the Bordeaux isn't on display Re: Kelly & Troy's build in Millbridge - Home Group WA 5Jan 22, 2014 11:55 pm Me too...I love how you have used the space at front of home. Awesome laundry! 2cup cakes... I've been walking around with tape measure too. Trying to get a visual given that there is no display home to walk through. Toni's thread viewtopic.php?f=31&t=71645 Re: Kelly & Troy's build in Millbridge - Home Group WA 6Jan 23, 2014 12:01 am Belzey...Given that your plan is still in process, and if you haven't thought about it yet.....we also added capped gas, cold and hot water outlets as well as drainage outlet in the alfresco, for future outdoor kitchen. Just an idea that might be useful. Toni Thanks Toni good idea I remember Troy saying something about wanting to do that but we had forgotten all about it Re: Kelly & Troy's build in Millbridge - Home Group WA 8Jan 23, 2014 12:42 am 2-cupcakes-pls me too!! because I am so excited about my new house I cant get of this site!! and when I do I am read through all my paperwork on the house my husband thinks it funny that I like to walk around with an tape measure measuring rooms and doors. Love seeing locals on here Re: Kelly & Troy's build in Millbridge - Home Group WA 16Feb 01, 2014 12:48 pm Hi Belzey .... love what you did with this plan, your master suite is so huge! One thing I saw, and only because a plan we had drawn up with another builder was similar, but in your larder/WIP area ... is your only light source overhead lights/downlights?? Have you considered that with no windows and even with a glazed sliding door it might be dark? It was the one thing that kept sticking in my mind when we put together those plans and the only solution we could come up with was a downlight, which I wasn't keen on. Re: Kelly & Troy's build in Millbridge - Home Group WA 17Feb 01, 2014 1:13 pm Hey belzey we are in Leschenault building a one-off (have started a thread but the house plan pic is pretty awful as I only got it off the iPhone). Our first build was in Eaton and we have lived in Millbridge whilst building a few years ago and have a lot of friends in there as well. A very nice area especially the walk down along the creek. Hi Marcia, it is not something I have given a lot of thought on, I guess if I find it to dark with led downlights in there I may possibly look at putting in a sky light but to tell you the truth the darkness probably won't bother me at all Re: Kelly & Troy's build in Millbridge - Home Group WA 19Feb 01, 2014 1:44 pm asha Hey belzey we are in Leschenault building a one-off (have started a thread but the house plan pic is pretty awful as I only got it off the iPhone). Nice, I am going to hunt your thread down now lol yeah I really like the area and the kids schools are close so I think we will be here for a bit.
