Not too far away from seeing those site works at all Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 65Jun 12, 2015 1:54 pm gettinby Ooh Contapulation... Who's your SS.. I have no idea yet. Hoping to find out some more info over the coming weeks. Went and took a photo of the meter reading yesterday as I've realised the house being constructed next door doesn't have a tap attached to their meter & I suspect their tradies may use ours Contracts signed 29/10/14 Titles issued 19/12/14 Land settled 8/01/15 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75228 Building with Blueprint Homes in Providence Wellard Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 66Jun 28, 2015 3:39 pm gettinby Hi Stick, I got charged for gloss finish, if it's not listed in your white folder, anything extra you will be charged.. I'm about to go to pre-start with Blueprint, can I ask how much extra for gloss? Thank you! Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 69Jun 28, 2015 10:32 pm Seems like theft is part of the build.. We also had our meter, shower heads, bathroom taps, garage motor stolen.. I had James, he was so on top of things, hope Adam is just as good.. So what happens to the neighbours build.... lol.. Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 71Jul 01, 2015 10:39 am Sometime i don't understand why people would want to steal the meter.......... Did you simply notify the builder about the meter? Neighbours will be stuck now they don't have a water source lol Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 73Sep 10, 2015 11:45 am Well so much has happened since I last posted. Plumbers have been in and have run the pipes, gutters were done on Friday, we have a roof and as we speak the electricians are in chasing the walls and putting in the wiring. It's all steam ahead! 15/7/15 Slab poured Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 30/7/15 Bricked delivered (Exactly 12 Mths to the date since we signed the original Pre contract) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 3/8/15 Brickwork started Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 21/8/15 Roof frame started Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 28/8/15 Roof frame & Eaves completed Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ 9/9/15 Colourbond Moment Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Contracts signed 29/10/14 Titles issued 19/12/14 Land settled 8/01/15 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75228 Building with Blueprint Homes in Providence Wellard Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 75Sep 11, 2015 4:54 pm I have just caught up on your build and wow you have a house Looking great Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 76Sep 11, 2015 10:10 pm Everything is looking great! Love your elevation Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 77Oct 05, 2015 11:26 pm How's it all going? Looking good, I'm building with Blueprint also. Re: Building with Blueprint in Providence Wellard 78Oct 09, 2015 1:18 pm Hi StarGirlStar. Lock up was completed yesterday 8th October so we are certainly getting there. We have been very impressed with the build time and the way they have coordinated the trades. Very few days go by without something happening. This is a complete contrast to the paperwork side of things as Blueprint seemed so slow with everything just getting to site. We live very close so must admit to driving past and having a look many.....many.....many times a week HAHA. Thank you all for your comments on the elevation we didn't like the standard that came with the house so it was an extra (who knew that a builder would hit you up for "EXTRAS" ). Now we just want to see all the colours together. We went very light to keep the heat out of the house/roof so we will just have to wait and see. Busy getting our place ready for market as Blueprint believes they will be done by Xmas which caught us a little off guard but a pleasant surprise. Anyone who has finished building what was the time frame after lock up until hand over? 6 to 8 weeks seems to be the norm? No idea how to add photos so will have to have my wife do that on the progress. How great to be in before xmas Thanks for your reply. I will just wait and see I guess. Trying to get some more information from our builder. 9 30236 |
