Re: Mojo Homes 61Aug 22, 2015 9:31 pm I also note Mojo uses Hebel instead of bricks on external walls. Has anyone done any research or aware is Hebel is more reliable than bricks? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Re: Mojo Homes 62Aug 23, 2015 1:47 pm Haha nice nickname .. Real appropriate .. Any ways u can try to negotiate them to throw in free aircon .. Test ur negotiating skills .. As for the hebel .. Mojo offers brick or hebel for same price no extra cost for either .. Comparing hebel vs brick is like comparing apple vs orange preference i suppose .. Hebel is alot faster to put up than brick .. Hope that helps Re: Mojo Homes 63Aug 23, 2015 4:57 pm Hi phim3182, Thanks for liking nickname and promptly responding to my query. Much appreciated! Re: Mojo Homes 64Aug 27, 2015 4:02 pm lotusguy27 Can anyone please clarify if Mojo offers free Actron aircon promotion with other promotions such as Passionality & ILVE promotions? I'm new to this forum and also thinking about building Nova 32. Yes, Actron ducted air is free (it's on their website under 'current offers') with Passionality and Ilve. I asked about it last weekend. Re: Mojo Homes 65Sep 05, 2015 9:08 pm Hi Nkelly15, where about in North Kellyville are they building at the moment? do you know about any street name or area? I thought we would be the first to build with them in North kellyville. we just finished our colour appointment. went well. Re: Mojo Homes 66Sep 12, 2015 8:40 pm Hi everyone, we're also looking at building with mojo. looking at a modified oracle 49. we've got the ILVE kitchen appliance package - wondering if others have that and what do you think of it? wouldn't be my first choice of brand to be honest and wonder if we can swap or get a credit and get our own? Also, has anyone had Mojo quote for the flooring or are you doing your own? Re: Mojo Homes 67Sep 14, 2015 1:11 pm Hi All, I have paid my initial deposit of $3000 for Nova30. Hi JayGM its good to see another Melodian... We're looking at the same Melody39 (not ensuite) and just wondering how your experience was going so far? Cheers, Zac. Re: Mojo Homes 76Nov 26, 2015 10:00 pm Hi everyone, we're looking to build with Mojo and am interested in people's experience with the tender pricing. @JayGM - did your $419k include site costs? We're looking at the Soul 39 with Sheike facade. After upgrades and estimated site costs were looking at $500k! NB it is a knockdown rebuild. What's people's experience with negotiating the price? Re: Mojo Homes 77Dec 03, 2015 12:46 pm Hello, I have just paid the $3000 deposit on the Verve 28 today , huge step feeling very nervous and My husband is still not 100% convinced but there was no way I was passing up all of the inclusions they were offering to us. Until yesterday we had never heard of Hebel, does anyone have any feedback on it. Excited to follow everyone journey Re: Mojo Homes 78Dec 03, 2015 2:00 pm Hey guys good luck to everyone and I hope it all works out. However, I hate when you have to pay a deposit straight up and I would have walked straight out and not looked back. Plus those upgrade packages annoy me, it should be standard. After looking around for ages we found a builder who had standard inclusions in his display home was willing to do all the drawings without a deposit. We now have a fantastic relationship and we have our kitchen, lighting and colour appointments next week even though we are not building till next year. We looked for around 1-2 years till we were happy so please don't rush in guys and do your homework first or you can get so burnt. Re: Mojo Homes 79Dec 11, 2015 2:58 pm hi there, what kind of inclusions do they offer before the 3k commitment. Are there any that they mention are only on the spot, and won't be available if you want to think about for a while thanks architect, blogger at homedesignedge.com, Spacesave.co and author of Guide to Planning and Building a Home on a Budget Re: Mojo Homes 80Dec 16, 2015 6:31 am calinya Anyone here started construction yet?
