No serious holds ups so far.. december is still our PC target! Those afternoon sunsets over the blue mountains are a cracker! Yesss to being on the high side of the street!!! Initially sales person agreed and drafted a shower taking a linen out. Then when someone did the review (draft person/estimators) they said they can't do it. And it will have to be using space from WIP. it was documented in the revised tender so I thought that is it. Today I did use the drawing supplied here and showed it and my sales person said he will look after it and get it done. In fact we came up with better plan altogether. So happy days. Sales person was quite good actually. He just did not realise about the paperwork. Sorry for creating confusion. And thanks to all who supplied information to help the process. It will be 4 weeks on Wednesday, and naturally I'm starting to get pretty upset. If this is stalling due to lack of available trades, fine, I get it.
