I will have some photos to post soon. Most of all we are excited for the aggregate to start next week.. will be nice to say goodbye to all that sand. Decka & Wellard2ndTimers, I am so glad we are doing the wall out the front to maximise the space, it is nearly complete (without the slats) so I will post some photos once the rendering is complete. The wiring for the intercom is getting done later on this week before the rendering on the weekend. Thanks for everyone's lovely comments about the sheers. Natalie, we went through Luxaflex Mandurah Re: Stoneleigh Dale Alcock Baldivis 746Mar 25, 2016 6:52 pm Jel, did you end up going with allwest for your agg? Re: Stoneleigh Dale Alcock Baldivis 749Mar 26, 2016 3:16 pm Everything is looking so wonderful! I can't wait to see more pics. Re: Stoneleigh Dale Alcock Baldivis 750Apr 02, 2016 9:25 pm Thank you Nellebeebellee These past couple of weeks have been very busy! Wiring was done for CCTV and Intercom, our front wall was completed and rendered, plus we have had over 180sqm of aggregate poured. Roughly half of it is exposed and the other half will be honed (waiting on it to cure before the honing starts). It is so nice not having as much sand Plus we are finally moving in next weekend which feels very nice to have reached this point We went for exposed Magnolia for the driveway and the side of the house: And the front and other side where the alfresco/pool is will be honed Magnolia: We have lots happening leading up to next weekend. We have decided to seal all of our grout with grout perfect and do all our shower screens and mirrors with Enduroshield so tomorrow will be a busy day! Smaller things like NBN, tv brackets, clothesline etc will be getting installed through the week. The honing, artificial turf to the back, real turf and landscaping to the front, slats and gates, pool fence etc is all booked in for the couple of weeks after we have moved in... and our home will be finally completed! And as fun as this whole experience has been we won't be building again anytime soon.... My bricks are getting laid next Saturday and still haven't found someone to render them Re: Stoneleigh Dale Alcock Baldivis 754Apr 03, 2016 9:28 am Thank you! I have sent you both a PM Lilyzhou & Nat Re: Stoneleigh Dale Alcock Baldivis 755Apr 03, 2016 3:48 pm Love seeing the pictures! I was thinking two things about you the other day - 1) I didn't know what the front of your house looked like in full (it's gorgeous) and 2) It's been a long long time since you got keys - aren't you itching to get in?! Where are you living at the moment?
