Averys Rise is new land at Heddon Greta in NSW

My wife and I have put a deposit on land and deposited with Eden Brae.

Land is due to be registered around Oct/Nov 2015 according to the developer Hunterland, Kelller Civil is the contractor doing the development.

Update

They have split up the construction of Stage 1 in half so that they can get people who have bought lots already into construction earlier.

There are 9 lots that are either sold or have deposits down on them

This cuts the size of Stage 1, from 37 lots taking approx 6 months to be registered down to 19 lots, now due to take approx 3 months to be registered.
