I just noticed you have the integrated handles in the kitchen and bathrooms, Do you mind giving me a rough idea on the pricing? After looking at the available handles i seriously dont like any lol It was around $300 for the bathroom/ensuite and $100 for the laundry. Kitchen was included in the old Indulgence inclusions. Your home looks fantastic! Thank you, we love it! Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Final Pro Photos 557Feb 22, 2016 1:14 pm I was going to wait until we had made some more landscaping progress, but it looks like it's going to take some time. So here's what we've done since moving in. Built the side gate, will be stained merbau to match the garage door. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Built the external retaining wall, used the same timber-look concrete sleepers as our back and side retaining walls. It's over 800mm high from street level at the front corner down to 200mm at the front and back, so we will have a level yard on top. We left a gap for side access gates down the back. I'll update whenever we accomplish something! Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Landscaping 558Feb 22, 2016 1:43 pm Oh wow congratulations.. That looks fab!! You guys have certainly been busy. That looks fab!! You guys have certainly been busy. How are you enjoying the house? Please tell me its all worth it Thanks! Honestly the house is fantastic, despite all the stress I would say it was worth it Coral has built us a quality house. I love that we get to plan and do all the landscaping and decorating - just not as quickly as I'd like (we have a rapidly approaching wedding to pay for) Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4354 Is there a building permit? RU in Victoria? What is the value of the building contract? 1 6835 |
