Just the usage costs themselves. Is this right? If so what might this be? What did it cost you It seems that these days the meter goes in at the final position right at the start. The the house is then built around it, rather than have a separate builders power box. I painted the meter box door with a trompe l'oeil of a sulphur crested cockie inside a 'cage' .
