This is the timeline so far: 25 June 2014 - signed contract to purchase 794m2 block of land in Proserpine, QLD (S class site) 25 July 2014 - land settled August 2014 - contacted various builders, settled on Moloko Homes 2 October 2014 - signed Preliminary Agreement with Moloko Homes 3 November 2014 - final plans accepted after 3 drafts 11 November 2014 - signed contract with Moloko Homes 17 November 2014 - site scrape completed 24 November 2014 - footings completed 2 December 2014 - slab (raft slab) poured 10 December 2014 - block work completed 15 December 2014 - solid fill to blockwork completed, lintels in place ready for trusses This is the final floor plan I settled on, quite a few changes from their standard "Glouster" design.
