Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 10, 2014 9:21 pm Hi everyone! I'm building my first (and at my age my last!) home. It has been far from a smooth process taking almost this entire year to get to the stage where finally I have a slab. I'm really concerned about the condition of the slab though, especially in comparison to other slabs in the area. I'm hoping someone could put my mind at ease or let me know if this crumbling along the edge where the frame will go is anything to be concerned about? Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can offer me.
