hi excited_much

hope all the issues will be fixed soon

i'm building south of the river. i don't have thread yet. is it easy to post / attach photos here in this forum?
I'm SOR too, very easy to create a new thread and I use TapaTalk phone app, which makes it easy to upload photos, post and see the forum.

Send me a message if you want help setting up a thread.

Hi Excited_much,
Congrats on building a new house. Hope everything goes smooth as planned. I highly suggest and recommend that you keep a record of anything and everything. Really smart to involve a building inspector.
We are building with M3 Residential and its a real nightmare. Our slab was poured in december and Brick work is still going. On top of that we have heaps of issues. We are building not far from you. You are welcome to go and have a look. I can give you my site address if you want.
Congrats on your slab. Look forward to following. Love all your prestart selections
Thanks guys

Another update.

2.5weeks from slab down

Termite solution down
Power box installed
Window and door frames delivered

Got an email yesterday with the invoice for Plate Height!!

I have requested a site visit next week to walk through

Fingers crossed it keeps moving at a good pace!!
Went to have a look at the house tonight!! Looks so cool! Can't wait to check the inside out, just waiting for builder to confirm a site inspection.

Your build is certainly very speedy, excited_much!

How is it going so far? Do you like the brickwork?

Guess your roof carpentry is done by now?

Cheers.
