You do know that they cant just go building a bulkhead in a room like that if its not on the plan. Their drafting plans never match up. Our roof plans didn't work with the house either. Its your home and you are paying a lot of money for it, if you don't get this fixed now it will never happen. all the best

Update - cabinets installed, all plastering finished. Bath tub and laundry sink/cabinet delivered.

update - Just got the invoices for Lock up and Cabinets, so I guess they are done
Had the tile meeting on site, Supervisor advised PCI will be in 3 weeks and handover 3 weeks after that

Flooring installation locked in for the 23rd-26th Nov!!
Tiling started, Essastone bench tops installed, drain pipes for down pipes installed, garage ceiling and cornices painted.
Am waiting for the builder to confirm PCI which was due next week
A few update photos's from a few days ago.
Visited the house this morning, to pay the installed money for extra floor prep ($150). And got to see inside the house
Brick clean was happening, the garage door was being delivered and Im guessing will be installed.
Flooring is nearly done - looks amazing. Vinyl Planking. (Happy to recommend supplier)

Its the flashing and is normal. Some builders cover them up others just leave them handing. You can cover it up with an aluminium bracket or ask the builder.
