Yes I will be building in release 7. It is due to register at the end of the month. What street are you on?

My lot number is 2137. Its in Mahoney drive. What street are you on? It seems the registration is delayed in LPI. They have requested additional information from Landcom and registration will happen only after they are provided.
Ohh wow went35. We will be neighbours. We too are on Mahoney Dr. Lot 2130. Good to know someone in the same boat as us!
alicia1980 & went35 have your blocks registered yet? We're lot 3102 and due to register in Feb 17.
Our block was due to register June 2016. We received a letter from landcom a few weeks ago saying it was be register by the end of October. Fingers crossed it does!
Fingers crossed for you Alicia! Have you picked a builder yet?
Yes we have had an architect design our home and are going with a private builder called Complete Building Sydney. What about you? We are having some issues with the slope of our land and are needing to have a split level home.
alicia1980 and went35...we are on mahoney drive as well. Lot 2203, release 6. Looks like there's a hold up at LPI. They still waiting on additional info landcom since 13th

Oh that sounds nice!! We've got a bit of a slope too so we've agreed to 2 steps down from the hall into the kitchen/family/dining. It should look really nice because it means we'll have 10ft ceilings in that area. Nice and open! We're building with Adenbrook Homes. The design is a two storey home called The Hadley and we're doing a custom weatherboard façade.

Are you doing single or double storey?
Hi Rheanan and alicia1980, Our block also got big slop. So we also need to split our house. We are building with Clarendon. Our tender will expire soon and we will need to pay penalty for the delayed start which is bit annoying. Don't know why Landcom did not get their LPI submission right. They even reloadged the plan today but it is under requisition in LPI. This means that they did not get that right this time as well.
Ohh wow. Where are you getting these updates about registration delays??
We can check in LPI website. Have you signed contract for building?
How do I search the LPI website?

Yes we have our plans almost ready to go! Do you?
Yes I am ready to build as well. You can check stats of registration in LPI website.Go to www.lpi.nsw.gov.au => Current LPI Timeframes => LPI online => Find Records=> Document enquiry => give the DP number DP1201508.
Thanks for that info went35! Very helpful!
Thanks went35

Whats under requistion mean? its delayed? It was requisition due 12/12/16
There was number of deficiencies in the submission from the surveyor. LPI has requested more information. 12/12 is the due date to submit all requested information. If Landcom fail to provide all necessary documents by that date, they will have to lodge a new application.
Oh dear
hopefully that doesn't happen!
LPI status updated today "undergoing folio creation". Looks like registration is on track now for end of this month

Thank goodness for that!!
Release 6 and 7, stages 2A and 2B has just been registered....yah ????
