Then you say yes - and never see them again. The highest may be highest because he doesn't want the job - but will do it if you pay him this amount ! I'd ask about - see their work - even ask your builder if he knew anyone. Paying slightly more is not always a bad thing. He is doing pins etc. But - while the price seems a tad high - it might be the job. I got mine done - one lot plain - the other pebble. When he arrived he asked if he could do the lot pebble - apparently it was cheaper for him to get one truck ... So I said yes. No. It's not original.
