I call and leave messages regularly asking for an update and also sending multiple emails. I receive an email from her once a fortnight. I have almost given up trying to contact her. Look, things are happening behind the scenes and I get that, but it isn't much to ask to be kept in the loop. All this money we have given Coral and I expect better communication. It seems the NSW customers are getting the rough end of the stick. Wow...you're lucky...we had not heard from our CSO since last November and two weeks ago (when we had the tile debacle) we rang her number only to be told that she didn't work there anymore and that we had another CSO. Coral's communication is second to none!!!! (I mean it can't possibly get any worse!) I hope things get better for you. Keep at 'em!!!! Deleting social media posts. This forum must kill them! They are still stalling progressing my rectification works it seems. They have had long enough to get everything booked in and in order . Now want 5 days straight access plus another 4 on top of that for the staircase. Grand total of 7 weeks off work to provide access ! My kitchen was installed just coming up to one year ago and I'm still missing kick board, I still have damaged doors, the wrong laundry cabinetry and an unfinished laundry chute that rips off gyprock every time it is used. Thinking of buildings with coral? Run away. The countdown is on...I just popped a narky comment on FB. Let's see how long it lasts. Hey mrs Lol, your right, I bet they hate this forum, when I had to go to court, this forum was brought up by the other party, apparently someone on here discussed it with him and told him about my comments (and other peoples I was told) , he tried stating it was deformation- which clearly isn't when I have stated facts. Wait till coral get ya to sign a form saying your not allowed to discuss stuff bout repairs and them finalising defect crap! I have a fair idea who it was that blabbed about this forum but won't say cause it's between two peeps so I won't go accusing anyone. I'm not angry with them tho cause it didn't help his case at all, and they prob got stung by him in the end too. You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14121 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13781 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4354 |
