I got a tentative start date in my contract for something like may 2016( this was in Feb 2016), but my actual start date was 14th April 2016, when I got my commencement letter after all the approvals. Your house will still look beautiful & double chk prices with others here as there have been huge differences prev Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8318Apr 04, 2017 6:23 pm BrownDog77 Tamara1975 Got our colour variations back today. It was the stuff that we weren't quoted for that was a shock. Mainly things on the outside like the bricks above the windows to the front of the house, off white mortar, timber look cladding for the facade etc. It all just added up really quickly. We had a $3000 allowance and I thought it would come in at 4500ish. It ended up being $8600! Ouch!
