Im not sure if we need to pay the connection fee for the meter box and the electricity cost during the build process with coral. Electricity meter installation fee was around $650 and $100 for 1 month usage You will have to pay it. Coral don't pay them anymore, that's why it got out in your name straight away. I heard Origin don’t charge the installation fee anymore.. will wait to see if we get a bill though I guess anyone else use Origin for installation recently? Was told by our Sales Consultant that the instal fee is about $500
So were we middle of last year however I spoke to them on the phone in late December and this is from their website last updated January 2018 Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅
that sucks for us. We got our bill a few weeks after it was installed.
It says providing the meter is free, doesnt mention anything about the actual installation being free we should ask for our money back if they have changed it though! Re: Coral Homes general build thread 10384Feb 03, 2018 8:07 am Can anyone post pics of the normal laundry splashback tiling please I haven’t seen yet but hubby said it’s really tiny & looks odd 🤣 just checking what’s the norm as tiler also told me I couldn’t do herringbone in kitchen as he only had standard down (of course I didn’t have my papers from Beaumont & couldn’t be bothered arguing) so just went with standard -still looks great but doesn’t give me a lot of faith in tiler... I only have stainless buttons but I’ll check them out. I wonder if given you’re so close to the water, they should have used a marine grade product..? Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish.
