Our PCI was 4 weeks ago and we have just gone over our contract time. 216 days build timeline. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8864Jun 25, 2017 6:48 pm So now the inside of our house is getting done it feels like everything is going slow. I went out to view house today as only hubby has time during the week and picked up one tile on shower floor has a chip the size of a 5 cent piece, there's a tile under cabinet in ensuite that isn't flush and so so noticeable and three tiles on bath aren't flush either - so annoying, they would have seen this while doing it all too - now they have to redo Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8865Jun 25, 2017 6:50 pm Hello To all the coral peeps! I'm newish here building the grange 25 in northern nsw tweed heads. Just at prelim stage at the moment, land should register soon hopefully. I'm loving everyone's builds it what keeps us going. We are currently a year and half over due on our land reg. Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8867Jun 25, 2017 6:53 pm I take my hat off to everyone on here that has a build contract and still waiting on land reg - I cannot imagine how much wine you must consume on a weekly basis because we already drink a heap and our land was registered Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8869Jun 25, 2017 7:07 pm Maybe we should all start doing wine recommendations and reviews Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8870Jun 25, 2017 7:10 pm Milestone H Family Milestone Some help please guys I have gone through our contracts and I can't see we're the clause is that states once PCI is done coral don't have to compensate. Pci is where you go through the house and pick out any imperfections.. Coral generally allow themselves 2 weeks between pci and handover to complete the rectifications. So i wouldnt agree to pci unless you know your house will be done within the 2 weeks otherwise they really have no reason to hurry _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8873Jun 25, 2017 7:13 pm Ryalls_first_build Milestone H Family
Some help please guys I have gone through our contracts and I can't see we're the clause is that states once PCI is done coral don't have to compensate. I think it depends on the timeline of the build if your running behind they might try and push it forward. We got a letter stating our date but we told the ss we didn't think it would be done so moved the date. I got $750 back in damages enough to cover my pendant light So worth really considering if your house will be complete. _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8877Jun 25, 2017 7:53 pm Ryalls_first_build dougang287 Ryalls_first_build

Some help please guys I have gone through our contracts and I can't see we're the clause is that states once PCI is done coral don't have to compensate. What happens if you do the pci but you dont sign becasue your not happy it will all happen in time?? https://www.homeone.com.au/member/bribiebell Re: Coral Homes general build thread 8880Jun 26, 2017 4:45 am Milestone Ryalls_first_build dougang287

Some help please guys I have gone through our contracts and I can't see we're the clause is that states once PCI is done coral don't have to compensate. Coral homes Modified Stradbroke 30weeks
I can't see how that can meet the definition of PCI. At that stage only minor omissions that don't impact the ability to live in the house can be present. I would push back on that. As the others have said unfortunately the damaged only accrue up to that date of PCI. At the meeting was anything g signed? C U S T O M. C O R A L.
