I can't seem to find any info on their website about it. They have great value inclusions but I can be a little picky. We built in 2009 and did a few things ourselves. All the electrical work from the pole to the plug and security wiring, as well as distributed audio and visual cabling. I think you should ask them personally about things you want to do. Whereas few others are proving lifetime guarantee these days. Does anyone had any structural issues with houses built with coral homes? If you could please provide some pictures, that would be amazing. My covenent has some rules and I'd like to check if the default Rochester is okay to build without additional cladding/rendering.
