We are in New south Wales. Our construction start date was 30/6 Is it normally that long to start construction? Or were you waiting for land to be settled? Re: Coral Homes general build thread 5253Aug 31, 2016 11:41 pm caitnkase Hi all, can someone please give me an idea on timeline? How long from very first signing did your tender take? Land was settled before the contracts were given, but that was the time it took to get things into council, then we took 2 months in council....longest 2 months of my life then waiting 3 weeks to start.
