I really really honestly hate to say this Mrs JM but I did try and warn you well before you had a start date... you've had a terrible run and i'd love to say it will get better but.....

You have to edit each individual post to remove the content. That's crap. I can't edit most posts as people have quoted on them or something. You should check your detail drawings, it may show downpipe within brick pier. 14 14137 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption.
