Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 30, 2014 6:37 pm Hi I am currently building a house, which is zero lotted on the garage side. I have been charged $2500 for a fire wall for this to be Zero lotted. Can anyone shed some light on this? What it means? I can't see any difference in the house build than any other house and I'm a little confused.
