Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 28, 2014 5:21 pm Hi, I have a 450 m2 land in Oran park,NSW. My builder design a plan with 3m rear setback which comply with CDC requirement. Now Oran park developer not approve the plan and advise minimum 4m setback requirement. However my builder says it will comply with CDC requirement not going through council approval. Does anyone have similar issue and any advice? Does really developer (oran park) has such any regulation?
