It has a nice shine in it... If I could choose again I would choose it without the grain look to it because I think it clashes with the specks in the benchtop lol but I'm probably just looking at it too closely.. Sorry for bombarding your thread I am just really hoping you are close to being in your beautiful house GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277 viewtopic.php?t=83643 Haha nope, tile dramas.. Can't even be bothered going into it all but I'll be getting different feature tiles... Gotta wait for them to come in and have them laid then my PCI... My liquidated damages payments are paying for a horse float now lol... 3 weeks left hopefully... The tiles are all I'm waiting for now That's really sucks Ash, do you mind me asking how much you are getting a day? Also do you know who laid your tiles? I'm wondering if the same guys might be doing our tiling. Yeah of course, $50 per working day (no weekends or public holidays) I read my contract and they pay up until PCI.. Nope no idea who each of my trades are... They did a great job, the carpenter just accidentally framed the wrong shape bath hob lol this is all a knock of effect of that... So to fix they ripped up tiles but the tiles ended up being discontinued now new tiles are finally ordered.. Hope your build is picking up
That seems half decent, but I would still prefer to just be in the house. I was just looking at our bath hob and we have a rectangular hole Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We definitely are supposed to have a round bath tub though. I'm curious how that is going to work. Thinking I should mention it to Dan on monday. As for our progress we are one day away from having our bricks finished. Then we are supposed to be having our kitchen and vanities installed. With the carpenters also coming back to do the eves and take us to lock up. Then bring on the wet floor tiles. Can't wait to see them
Definitely bring it up, that's how mine looked and where the trouble started.. They can't tile for an oval like that, it needs the frame corrected... Oh well fingers crossed its all systems go for your place
Spoke to Dan yesterday and it has also been done incorrectly. But he said that he was aware of the mistake and the fix out carpenters will be fixing it. Hopefully you will be in soon Re: My First Build - Coral Homes Noosa 20 - Jordan Springs 475Jul 19, 2016 11:22 am Pulse123 ASH Jordan Springs Pulse123

Did you have PCI today Ash?
