Since my block started I've never had someone working on a Saturday... Nor have I ever actually seen someone on my site (even during the day) So my main point is - my new SS is AH-MA-ZING!!!!!!! Re: My First Build - Coral Homes Noosa 20 - Jordan Springs 344Jan 23, 2016 6:20 pm ASH Jordan Springs New SS YEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS! He's already called me and booked in the electrician, brickies and plasterers for next week! He said he's on it and going to get this house moving again for me so happy, I feel like I'm starting a fresh with this guy, he was really nice and I've already had a call from electrician confirming a few things... So far so good! Is your new SS Paul? If so he seems really really great. He was ours... For a week haha. I think he is looking after the jobs down your way. Hopefully it's full steam ahead for you now after all the delays! Just sent you a PM. 5 in 5 months is terrible!! And they were so sure all their problems were behind them with their new cohort of SS's.... Seemingly not. Can just imagine though- they probably take the job not knowing what a poo storm they are walking in to. Did you ask whether someone else had been allocated your job? They need to keep your build moving M Y C U S T O M C O R A L B R O N T E 43 ...............Kitchen! 16 Nov 2016 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=79581 Re: My First Build - Coral Homes Noosa 20 - Jordan Springs 355Feb 05, 2016 6:57 am MrsJM Sorry to hear that ash. Poor bugger Re: My First Build - Coral Homes Noosa 20 - Jordan Springs 356Feb 05, 2016 7:02 am Thats not good to hear Ash. I hope things getting sorted for you. Remember they have a contract with you as well. You might want to look over the ever so small details that are written in your favour by the HIA. Re: My First Build - Coral Homes Noosa 20 - Jordan Springs 357Feb 05, 2016 7:26 am Thanks Ash! How many days to build were specified in your contract? Mine was 170, so after March 12th they would have been in breach at $50 a day.
