By shifting things on the ground floor and reducing the 'entry' area and extra hallway, the dining can come from the north wing into the central wing. Upper floor rumpus and master get view, all bathrooms get natural light and ventilation. The connection between the void area over ground living and upper floor rumpus is smaller than your original - so that might not be something you would be willing to consider.
