I'm building a new home and I want the crossover on the left hand side rather than the right (which is already there currently). Re: Changing crossover (driveway) @ aston estate - Craigiebu 2Nov 23, 2014 1:33 am as far as i know, when cross over is changed due to driveway, councils want you to get permission to carry out the works first, and that you will restore it back to how it should be when you change the cross over. so you cut crossover, put in footpath, put new crossover, put in new layback, and have all this works permitted by your council. a good choice would be to pay for relocation , because as kvazer said it depends on your council regulations. is a great place if you're looking to do that. 2 3559 How much are you ahead in payments compared to where the build is at?
