We started earthworks on September 29 and are yet to have a pad down! Our block is levelled and the formwork has been done, but no mesh has been laid. I am just wondering if it should take this long? We do have a split level which means it is more complicated than normal, but surely two months in we should have a pad down by now!! We waited a long time but thats because we had issues with our block. The developers left a whole heap of limestone in it. I find you have to be the one always chasing it up with them.
