Hi all,
I have tried searching but have failed to find a definitive answer.
We are about to have our PCI for our new project home build in Sydney.
Our SS has said anything that can be seen from 2m square on internally and 3m square on externally can be considered a defect and has to be rectified (like scratches, blemishes, marks etc)
Is this correct? Is there any regulation that anyone can point me to for this (we are in NSW).
We have also purchased the PCI guide from http://www.anewhouse.com.au/sample-page/pci-guide/ and have found it helpful in the time we have been able to see the house from the outside
Thanks
Beanzy
