We have our eye on a block that has no restrictions for noise and bushfires, but have heard other stories that the fees will come after you have purchased the block? Has this happened to you or anyone can share some insight of the land release, closer to Wintergreen Crescent, Caraway Street, Lovage Street surrounding areas? Thanks maeline Re: Land Release 10 at Calleya 3Apr 13, 2015 7:08 pm Hi maeline - I secured a lot in release 2 which had no bushfire or noise requirments (no red or blue asterix), however once titles were released we found out that Cockburn required a noise attenuation on ALL lots in Calleya. For us, it meant an upgrade to 6.38 laminated glazing to all habitable rooms which cost around $5000. Hi, This is my first post.
