Hello everyone i have been lurking for a few months and think its about time i started my own thread!
Im building my first house with my partner in Vale Estate.
We have chosen to build with Affordable living because of a friends reference and so far so good.
I will attach plans shortly but we are building a small 4x2 on an odd shaped corner block of 355sm
7.5m frontage with a 4.25 corner that is a 10m frontage at the setback
28meters long and 15m wide at back of the lot.

Our lots are titled and we have our prestart on friday.
we have chosen these tiles/laminates for bathroom and ensuite
and for our kithcen
we have chosen wood laminate floor for living areas and carpet for bedrooms
Things we already have decided on for prestart include:
tiles to w/c and laundry
glass doors to showers
doors to minor bedroom robes
and a whole heap of powerpoints!
but would love any sugestions!
At this point we think slab down in january? and hopfully completes july-august?

That dashed line down the left hand side is a bulkhead - have you considered if this is raked or boxed? If I were you I would raise the plate height there/move eave out to remove this from Bed 1 and living/dining.
If you will be adding a robe to Bed 2, perhaps the window should move one way or the other so it is central once the robe is in (if going against external wall).
Where is north on your plan?
