Im building my first house with my partner in Vale Estate. We have chosen to build with Affordable living because of a friends reference and so far so good. I will attach plans shortly but we are building a small 4x2 on an odd shaped corner block of 355sm 7.5m frontage with a 4.25 corner that is a 10m frontage at the setback 28meters long and 15m wide at back of the lot. If I were you I would raise the plate height there/move eave out to remove this from Bed 1 and living/dining. If you will be adding a robe to Bed 2, perhaps the window should move one way or the other so it is central once the robe is in (if going against external wall). Where is north on your plan?
