There are another 2 builds in the Pineroo Terrace area, one just has been slabbed, hopefully that helps to speed things up.
Btw your build progress with New Gen has been quick. Not going to stress out counting dates, will take it as it comes. We too are building the Rivello, got roof cover on at the moment, render done and ceilings. Love what you did to the front/bedroom 3 & 4 ... However, the builder might consider pricing the flooring that we want for us, so we await to see how that will turn out.
