Hi guys,

ive been following the forums for ages, got alot of info, this is our third house.

ill update as each stage is complete.

features
large portico, tiled alfresco, 2.7 ceilings, 2pac kitchen/bathrooms, ceasestone kitchen/bathrooms.

pool will feature in the middle section.

(old plan, all bedroom/study has sliding robes, plus some doors moved, move tv niches in walls etc)

update, house is locked up now with kitchen going in and plasterboard flushed etc.

Hi your house plan looks very good. Fantastic frontage

We are also building with distinctive and we just received the footings report and started doing the selections.

How has your experience been so far with the builder ?
