How will i want my place?? A flued heater is the way to go rather than a free standing gas heater. I once rented a house with a free standing gas heater. It made the whole house damp and clothes in the wardrobe went mouldy. After one winter I went halves on the cost of a reverse cycle unit with the landlord rather than put up with it for another year.
