Probably a silly question but what is an 88b?
We are doing a knock down and rebuild and the builder mentioned the 149 & 88b.
I have the 149 - but what on earth is a 88b? And where does one get it
Thanks!!!

An 88b refers to Section 88b of the Conveyancing Act. It is usually a document in a table format that accompanies a plan of your land that sets out any easements or other legal requirements that relate to your block of land. If there is one, then you should have received it as part of the paperwork that goes with the purchase of the land. Maybe contact your conveyancer for a copy. I hope this helps. Cheers, Jenny.
