Because they aren't project builders, they specialise in custom and difficult sites, they will be more exy than your Metricons and Corals: Granite Constructions, contact is Gary Craig Cleary Constructions, as you guessed it, ask for Craig Both have been building on the sunny coast for a long time, have good reputations and involvement in the local community.
