Hi everyone,
So over a year ago i purhased an untitled block in a new estate off the plan.The engineering report stated that i had 200mm of fill on the front right hand corner.Our bulider's soil test just came back stating it had 400mm of fill accross the entire block!!(3 test sites).So my question is even though the developer has probably got some "out" written into the contract should i approach them about this?...or should i be following this up with our conveyancer who has neglected to make us aware of such a clause in the contract.......i'm annoyed as you make your purchase decision based on what you are told in the land sales office and this has added at least $5000 to our site costs
