Progress is going pretty good for me so far, plumbing + sparky rough in is now done. Bricks are onsite so should start within the next 2 weeks i would assume. Any idea when yours is starting? you get your building permit yet? Re: Building with Watersun 28Jun 14, 2015 8:23 pm time for an update! a fair bit has happen on site now Plumbing rough in is done Sparky rough in is done most of the pre plaster work is done as well Bricks are almost done I ended up getting a independent building inspector out as well - report came back with a number of items mostly minor it have 2 major defects but over all he was quite happy with it. so that was good to hear! We have only just bought a block, it doesn't title until December though (so realistically wont actually title until next year!) so we are twiddling our thumbs for a while! Ours is 3 bedroom with an alfresco. The only change we are making is the study /storage area will be extra garage space for hubby. Your build is looking good! Been trying to work it out in my head, I think this is whats left: Painting (looks like first coat has been done) Driveway Fencing Spankey need to finish fitting off Heating duct/ plumping im guess as well (didn't look if these were done or not) Im sure there is a bunch of other stuff im missing. All of my upgrades /turn key items Turnkey items: Driveway Fences + side gate Split System in living area Security doors Flyscreens to all windows Letterbox TV Antenna Blinds Dishwasher Remote controller 2x Upgrades Add an extra 1 meter to the garage Upgrade heater from 3 star to 5 star Upgrade from 600MM oven etc to 900 Stone bench tops to kitchen Double glazing to front windows of master bed room S**t load of extra data points + a few more double power points as well Upgrade of en suite shower to 1200x900 Double bowl kitchen sink Re: Building with Watersun 37Jul 26, 2015 12:36 am i have a driveway!!!! been very happy with the speed of this build....... i would like to think that hand over will happen in around 4 weeks time maybe? They were amazing. Thorough reports… 2 1924 I work with owner, he/she is my man on the ground and I instruct them when to visit the site and take photos and I have other tools in the bag. 4 9638 I am in the same situation, would you be able to give some insights in to this?
