Plenty of room for a decent sized one between the master bed and living/dining. I am a QLDer though so we practically live outdoors! The robe in bed 3 is a bit small (understand for Bed 2 given restraints). You could easily extend the robe a bit in Bed 3 if you wanted to and have sliding door to the robe so its not eating into your bed space. Best of luck! I like the area that is created between the living and main bedroom. Look forward to following your build! Our build has finally started We have a slab and brickies should be on site in two weeks! Whats the 'typical' timeline currently like for most builders once slab is down to getting keys? Here is a pic of the display version.. ours won't have the windows in it though - just regular roof up there for us! If you have any ideas for how to incorporate some kind of shade it'd be great though! The display had an electronic shade - but even manual is $8k plus which isn't possible just yet. Love to work out a cheaper option but haven't come up with anything just yet.
