Down Pipe is missing 2. The Frame is not done properly in the Master Bed WIR - Robe and Entry is not properly set-up – I think this is an easy fix as Frame can be added and 3. Found defect timber frame in one of bed room I have sent email to builder with pictures and spoken with him, he said, it does not make sense to him and he said it will be there as per engineering plan. I hope builder will be fixing these items now I have sent bank to frame stage invoice for claim assuming builder will fix. If he does not fixed what will be the impact. Thanks for your support 1.
