We have less floor area than you so the price difference is less obvious. But the service from Chelsea flooring has been great so far, they've kept in contact and have offered to show us their work in progress. So will probably end up going with them. I am ok with the big planning things but I struggle with the decor part and second guess and question my choices. I have opted for pretty safe betts which should look nice.
