Just needed to get inputs regarding FHOG. We just accepted our tender this weekend and our developer said that he can draw up a pre-contract so that we can still avail of the $15k FHOG. $5k is a lot to miss out on.
From experience, what is usually contained in a contract, is it the building contract? i know i probably should have asked my builder. at that time. i was thinking of passing it up but the more i thought about it, the more i thought of the $5k...lol. any inputs appreciated.
