What colour is your Home Cinema room?

Im wanting a really dark cinema room but am having a lot of trouble persuading the other half. Does anyone have any photos of their own dark Cinema Rooms?
Pop over to AVS Forum and check out the home builds. There are plenty of stunning builds over there with dark walls and ceilings. You want to contain reflected light from the screen....

Do you have a link. I'm having trouble finding it? Thanks.
I used a red colour in my HT room, with Dulux suede effects paint on the ceiling charcoal sort of colour that gave it a night sky sort of look.

You really need a dark ceiling if you have a large screen (TV or projector is the same), as the light from the screen will reflect off a light colour ceiling too much.
Here you can check this thread out.....

Ciao
This is a collection of photos of my HT room build at my old place.

It is not the ultimate room, but it does show how I converted a old 2 car shed that was earlier turned in to a family room in to my old HT room.
Wow, great transformation..... nice one.

Thanks, I was quite proud of what I had done by myself.

Did the framing, gyprocking, and most of the electrical (my sparky did the final hook up to the circuit breakers), and painting myself, and had never done framing, let alone gyprocking before. I was quite surprised with how the gyprocking turned out, as I dare say I got close to a level 4 finish with it.
