Whom did you use for the inspections? I also want to know. Re: Our Simonds Harcrest in Melbourne 65Apr 01, 2015 7:07 am @msangs23@shara, asper the building inspector I used. Company called Darbecca Pty Ltd PO Box 88 Bacchus Marsh VIC 3340 Mob: 0419 224 440 www.darbecca.com.au The building inspector was very thorough. So you can call them to get an idea and quote if you want. Good luck . Re: Our Simonds Harcrest in Melbourne 66Apr 01, 2015 4:11 pm It's looking great so far harmelb!! Looking forward to your updates as things progress! dran15 - Thanks for posting your building inspector's details! Even though we're a few months off our stuff starting, it's good to call around and get quotes/etc (and even better if you know someone that used them & are satisfied!). Good to hear that you might start soon...Really exciting things are going on at the moment at our end... Even though the build has been a bit slow last week, all the little things that happened last week are all very encouraging. Can wait to see the plastering start and see how the rooms would really look Re: Our Simonds Harcrest in Melbourne 71Apr 11, 2015 9:05 pm Hey harmelb, things are moving very well on your side and looks we might just be finishing almost same time maybe a week behind yours. But we were taken aback by what we saw- a finished plaster work for both the floors... Wow... That wasn't something we thought would be done in the next couple of weeks - a very good surprise indeed ...
Our SS - Benjamen France (Ben) is a true professional.. He has got lots of activities lined up for the coming days and is trying to move things as fast as possible ... We are really happy with how he is progressing with the build and the way he handles our queries and suggestions... Uploading videos of both the floors for those who might be interested to see the rooms, plaster work and the cornices intact... How far have you reached? Not sure about my completion date as mine is still sitting in 'Getting Ready to Build'. Long story.....admin/HQ stuff up. But I have been told it will be 6 weeks after they complete tiling to my wet areas. The tiles have been delivered. Yours is going really super fast! I reckon you're actually only a few weeks behind me.... Re: Our Simonds Harcrest in Melbourne 77Apr 16, 2015 8:51 am @noisuf, please if you don't mind can u upload some pics of your building stage at the moment unless I missed it in the past. Regarding what is showing up in mysimonds portal it's same for me aswell as it shows getting ready to build on the pre-site but if you click on the onsite from the home button it actually show you where you are currently asper stage. Cheers. Re: Our Simonds Harcrest in Melbourne 79Apr 16, 2015 11:18 pm Yes same as mine.I think simonds maybe left it at that stage incase of changes in drawing or yet to finalise due to supplies of products but every other stages in the onsite are in progress as you can see. I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45696 It's all about wireless, self install now.
