In the back corner we will put a shed up eventually.. When we do the grass were gunna just leave that corner.. Makes a huge difference! Are you sore from the hard labour? Re: HomeSolution by Metricon - Luna 28 in Arnolds Creek 516Mar 29, 2015 8:49 pm yvonneh Wow! Makes a huge difference! Are you sore from the hard labour? I was lazy, I hired someone to do it, luckily there's a heap of soil next to both blocks next to us because they've done the site cuts and fills so we 'borrowed' from there, anyway the guy said he moved about 15m of soil, soo glad we didn't have to pay for that!! Just need to let it settle down and then we start organising the grass.. Not looking forward to the cost of the top soil, but were doing it from seeds (Jons request) so that will keep costs down.. Hopefully it'll be started before Logan's first birthday! We had to write up an invoice for the company that is building on both sides next to us for the fences, once that cheque comes in we will be organising our shed and backyard There's not much really to tell, we haven't changed anything since the last update.. Oh we did put signs on our pillars, I'll take photos later.. And we finally applied for the fhog (so disappointed with our broker) so once that comes in we will be able to get a few more things (solar panels, water tank etc.) Home Solution by Metricon - Luna 28 http://hayleyandjonshouse.blogspot.com.au/ viewtopic.php?f=31&t=73643 Hi, First of all, thank you to this community for sharing your thoughts and opinions.
