I love the Kitchen family laundry panty bit. Its a bit hard to read on my computer but it looks as though the entry opens up into the dining area with a toilet in the entry? Im not sure about the toilet window greeting guests as they arrive lol. Upstairs it seems all the bedrooms have ensuits so if a visitor is upstairs they need to use one of the ensuits? and if one of the studies was used as a bedroom there would be no upstairs bath room for them? is that right? The window in the powder room is at the front and provides light to the room. I wasn't planning to have the powder room visible from the front door but that is something to consider. Good point about not having a bathroom if ever the studies were converted to bedrooms. I honestly wouldnt change much, theres no space issues or anything. well thought out and amazingly designed, love it! The only thing I would consider is having a massive bifold or something along the family room to really open it up and not just the french doors.
