Your time at Alkimos Beach should have given you an idea of what to expect... and yep as Huggy_B said its not great I was going to forfeit mine and just do it myself, save having to rip their landscaping up and dispose of it as I want to do fake grass etc. Butttt fake grass isn't allowed in Alkimos Beach. So first I need to have the caveat on the block lifted and in order to do that I've gotta meet all of the estate requirements - one of which is the maximum 50% turf rule.
